To make an appointment for Biodynamic Massage Therapy, the first step is to get in touch via email. We will arrange an initial (free) telephone appointment to briefly discuss Biodynamic Massage Therapy, how the process works, and explore your expectations of the treatment. If it feels like a good fit, we can then arrange a first in-person session.

I work within a clear professional framework, outlined in my Terms and Conditions (working agreement). This covers the practical and relational aspects of our work together, including confidentiality, cancellations, fees, and session structure. A copy will be sent to you following our initial call, and I ask that it is read and signed before your first session. You are very welcome to ask any questions before we begin.

The fee for Biodynamic Massage Therapy is £70 per one-hour session. Fees are payable by cash on the day before we begin, or by direct bank transfer at least 24 hours prior to the appointment.

Please note that the full fee will be charged for missed appointments if less than 48 hours’ notice is given.
